Andrea Hall

Associate

Andie joined Balcomb & Green as an associate in November of 2022. She primarily practices water law and serves clients including ditch companies, water conservancy districts, and individual property owners.

Andie earned her undergraduate degree in Geography and Public Policy at the University of Denver, and later, her J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she graduated with honors. During law school, Andie served on the Water Law Review and co-chaired the annual Symposium, which focused on the Colorado River Compact’s 100-year anniversary and hosted several significant speakers including tribal representatives and the Assistant Secretary of the Interior. Andie’s internships during law school centered on water issues and included The Colorado Supreme Court, The Native American Rights Fund, The Colorado Attorney General’s Office Natural Resources and Environment Section, and Hamre Rodriguez, Ostrander and Dingess.

Having grown up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and after spending ten years in the Denver Metro Area, Andie is grateful to return to a smaller mountain community. During her free time, Andie can be found playing outside, whether it be skiing, hiking, camping, climbing, or simply enjoying the Colorado sunshine with her dog.
